The mobile slaughterhouse includes :
- An entire slaughter line and fully equipped with professional CE equipment.
- The presence of separate lifting pumps for the drainage of blood and waste water connected to recovery tanks to facilitate the processing of by-products by specialized companies.
Optional :
- Electrical connection for the plugging according to the national standards of each country
- Electric generator for the autonomy of the tailgate.
- We can complete the solution with a cutting workshop that ensures total handling, from felling to boxing of the carcass cut.
- We can meet a large refrigerated storage capacity, thanks to a dedicated offer of semi-trailer.

Each request is studied with great care and the requirements of each customer will be analyzed for feasibility study before a manufacturing decision.
Manufacturing and controlled production
The manufacture of the container is carried out by a confirmed and recognized industrial coachbuilder.
The manufacturing is carried out by a highly qualified and competent technical team.
Our team is responsible for the installation of overhead lines, equipment, start-up and commissioning.
Each machine is constructed in accordance with MACHINERY DIRECTIVE (2006/42 / EC of 17/05/2006 L 157/24) and is accompanied by a “CE” certification and an important technical documentation.
The slaughter line is accompanied by :
- Use and maintenance manual for each machine and equipment;
- CE certification;
- 12 month warranty;
- Availability of spare parts;
- Training of operators on the proper use of the installation.
