A French breeder has joined us in the adventure to obtain a temporary authorization for the EID EL ADHA 2017 on the city of Bourg en Bresse.
We have ensured the construction of the mobile slaughterhouse for timely delivery through our mobile slaughterhouse expert and designer.
The fabrication was carried out at an industrial coachbuilder who supplied the container.
Abattoir Mobile has also been responsible for the relationship with the Sanitary services to guarantee optimized content that meets all their regulatory requirements.
We have organized the preliminary test for obtaining the operating authorization for EID EL ADHA 2017 and to guarantee a thorough evaluation of our concept, we invited the Sanitary representatives from 5 french departments: Ardèche, Ain, Rhône , Drôme, Isère.
The concept as a whole was very well received by the veterinary services, it should be pointed out that this is the first rolling mobile slaughterhouse for sheep in France and that solutions concerning slaughtering on the farm or temporary slaughter have been much awaited by all concerned in the field of activity.
After presentation and operation of the slaughterhouse, each Sanitary representative was audited to identify areas for improvement, with the aim of establishing a new specification for readjustment prior to customer delivery.
The expert from the company Abattoir Mobile has ensured the modifications of the mobile slaughterhouse settings and its installation on the customer’s operating site.
We accompanied the breeder on the 2 days of operation.
We recruited the operators and provided training in handling the equipment.
